Functions:

1)Akim'sofficewithinitscompetence:

providesorganizationofthelocalcommunitymeeting,separatemeetingofthelocalcommunityofresidentsofthevillage,street,apartmentbuilding,meetingofthelocalcommunity;

announcestimeandplaceoftheconveningofseparategatheringoflocalcommunitygatheringandmeetinglocalcommunitiestodiscusstheissuesnotlaterthantencalendardayspriortothedatetheyareperformedthroughmediaorothermeans;

ensurestheimplementationofdecisionstakenatalocalcommunitymeetingoralocalcommunitymeetingandapprovedbytheakimoftheruraldistrict;

providesplanningandexecutionoftheruraldistrictbudget;

ismeetingthelocalcommunityandmaslihatdistrictreportonthebudgetoftheruraldistrict;

decidesontheimplementationofthebudgetoftheruraldistrict;

developsandsubmitsforapprovaltothelocalcommunitymeetingaprogramforthedevelopmentofthelocalcommunity;

actsasacustomerfortheconstruction,reconstructionandrepairofobjectsrelatedtothecommunalpropertyoftheruraldistrict;

exercisescontroloverthetargetedandeffectiveuseofmunicipalpropertyoflocalself-government;

exercisestherightsofthesubjectofcommunalpropertyrightsinrelationtomunicipallegalentitiesoflocalself-government;

establishestothemunicipalstateenterprisewhichpropertyisinmunicipalpropertyoftheruraldistrict(municipalpropertyoflocalself-government),termofthemaintenanceandensuringsafetyofthewithdrawnpropertybeforeitstransfertootherpersonwiththesubsequentwrite-offfrombalance;

representstheinterestsofthestateonissuesofmunicipalpropertyoflocalself-government,protectsthepropertyrightsoftheruraldistrict(municipalpropertyoflocalself-government);

monitorstheperformanceofthetrustee'sobligationsunderthecontractoftrustmanagementofmunicipalpropertyoflocalself-government;

monitorsandanalyzestheimplementationofdevelopmentplansofmunicipalstate-ownedenterprises,thepropertyofwhichisinthecommunalpropertyoftheruraldistrict(municipalpropertyoflocalself-government);

organizesaccountingofmunicipalpropertyoflocalself-government,ensuresitseffectiveuse;
