State institution " Apparatus of akim of Mendykarinsky district"

Manages the office of the district mayor, prospective and current planning of the office of the district mayor, controls the conduct of secret records management and secrecy. Organizes the work of the district akim's office for information and analytical, organizational, legal and material support of the activities of the akimat and the district akim.

Coordinate actions in the office of the Deputy akim of the region, coordinates the work of district departments, akim of the rural districts for control over execution of Laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, presidential decrees, Government resolutions, decisions and orders of akim of the region, district, resolutions of the akimat of the region, district.

Supervises record keeping, consideration of oral and written requests of individuals and legal entities, submission of regulatory legal acts of the akim and akimat for state registration to the justice authorities in accordance with the established requirements.

Provides solutions to issues of personnel selection and reform of state bodies.

Coordinates the development of "e-government" and the provision of public services by local Executive bodies

organs. Controls the provision of access and maintenance to the information integration system "E-kyzmet", the program "1C Accounting". Monitors the implementation of events and makes proposals for the development of information infrastructure and information resources. Provides installation, maintenance, management of software and hardware systems, modernization of technical facilities in the office of the district mayor.

Organizes meetings of the district akimat, preparation and holding of meetings.

Coordinates the activities of registration of acts of civil status.

It is responsible for the quality of public services provided in accordance with the areas it oversees, including those provided by civil registration departments, and for the implementation of internal control plans. Conducts on a regular basis with service providers a seminar-meeting to explain the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of public services, monitors the conduct of explanatory activities for service recipients about the provision of public services, including the procedure for their appeal in the areas under supervision. Takes measures to achieve indicators for increasing public services provided by alternative means (through state Corporations and the e-Government portal). Ensures prompt storage of cases and their use before transferring them to the departmental archive in the office of the district akim in accordance with the established procedure.
