State legal Department

The Department provides legal support for the activities of the district mayor and staff;

ensuring the interaction of the district mayor with law enforcement and other state bodies in the fight against crime, corruption, law enforcement, law and national security;

study and submission to the district akimat and meetings under the district akimat of the most relevant and problematic issues on crime prevention and anti-corruption, countering religious extremism and terrorism;

legal expertise of projects of legal and regulatory legal acts submitted to the district akim, participation in the development and examination of projects of legal and regulatory legal acts of the district akim and akimat;

coordination of the work of district and city of regional significance of local Executive bodies for the implementation of state registration of civil status acts.
