State and Legal Department
General information
The State and Legal Department (hereinafter referred to as the “Department”) is a structural subdivision of the apparatus of the Akim of Abai Region (hereinafter referred to as the “Apparatus”).
In its activities, the Department is guided by the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, laws, acts of the President and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other regulatory legal acts, as well as acts of the Akim, the regional Akimat, and this Regulation.
The structure and staffing of the Department are approved by the Head of the Apparatus of the Akim of the Region in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
