The branch is a structural division Of the Department of justice of Kostanay region of the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The branch operates in accordance with the Constitution, laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President and Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other regulatory legal acts, Regulations on the Department of justice, acts of the Department, as well as this Regulation.
