Branch "Zhitikara regional state archive" of the municipal state institution "State archive of Kostanay region" of the Department of Informatization, public services and archives of the akimat of Kostanay region

The branch is a separate subdivision of the municipal state institution “State Archive of the Kostanay Region” of the Department of Informatization, the provision of public services and archives of the Akimat of the Kostanai Region, located outside its location, performing its main functions, including the functions of a representative office.
The subject of the branch's activities is the wounding and use of documents of special historical, scientific, social or cultural significance, recognized in the manner established by law as a national value, generated in the activities of institutions, organizations, enterprises of all forms of ownership, as well as documents of personal origin, scientific and technical and other special documentation, film, photo, background, video documents, documents on personnel (a set of documents confirming the labor activity of employees and information about the deduction of money for their retirement benefits).
The purpose of the branch is to replenish the National Archival Fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan, to carry out a set of works aimed at ensuring the safety of documents and their use to ensure the social rights of citizens, as well as using retrospective information in the interests of the executive branch, society and individual citizens.
