He graduated from the Almaty Higher Technical School of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan with a degree in "organization and technology of fire protection", and the Kokshetau Technical Institute of the ASF of the Republic of Kazakhstan with a degree in "fire safety".
