Unified Personnel Management Service of NKR

The competence of the Department includes coordination of the activities of structural divisions of the Office of the Akim of the region for the implementation of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of public service, conducting competitive procedures, organization of the activities of disciplinary, competitive and other commissions on personnel issues. The Department conducts an assessment of the activities of administrative civil servants, their promotion, disciplinary proceedings, dismissals, etc. It carries out work on the selection of personnel, ensures compliance with the restrictions associated with staying in the public service, organizes internship, mentoring, training, retraining and advanced training of civil servants, develops the procedure for applying incentives for civil servants, etc.
