The department of personnel management
General information
The Department of Personnel Management (Personnel Service) is a structural subdivision of the Ministry of Tourism and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan and reports directly to the Chief of Staff.
The Department's main objectives are to develop an integrated personnel management system within the Ministry; manage civil service functions; cultivate a positive organizational culture and a favorable socio-psychological working climate; and support personnel management within subordinate organizations of the Ministry.
