Department of communication development between state and society

The The Department of communications development of the state and society (hereinafter – the Department) is a structural division of the Ministry of information and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter – the Ministry).

The Department is guided by the Constitution, legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "on access to information", acts of the President and Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other regulatory legal acts, as well as this Regulation.

The structure and staff number of the Department is approved by the Executive Secretary of the Ministry in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Department consists of:

1) Division of the development of principles of public participation and openness in state bodies (hereinafter – DDPPPOSB);

2) Division of analysis and evaluation of interaction between the state and society (hereinafter - DAEISS).
