Department of Public Communications of the Ministry of Industry and Construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan

The Department of Public Communications is an authorized structural unit for access to information, which carries out internal monitoring and coordination of access to information and is a structural unit of the Ministry of Industry and Construction Of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Main tasks:

1) Participation in the formation and implementation of the state information policy within the competence of the Ministry;

2) Media monitoring;

3) Maintenance of the Ministry's Internet resource;

4) Coordination of the Ministry's work with non-governmental organizations, civil society;

5) Organization of the Ministry's work on access to information;

6) Organization of reception of individuals and representatives of legal entities in the Ministry;

7) Organization of control over the execution in the Ministry of appeals of individuals and legal entities, including appeals received on the "e-Government Portal" and video messages;

8) Development of necessary measures for monitoring and analysis of incoming information on its execution;

9) Removal from control and extension of the deadlines for the implementation of measures provided for by the legal act of individual application.
