Department of the Committee on legal statistics and special accounts for the Kyzylorda region

Activities:

1) formation of state legal statistics;

2) accumulation, maintenance and processing of legal statistical information;

3) maintaining special records, except for operational and departmental records;

4) conducting statistical observations on legal statistics;

5) implementation of a set of control and Supervisory measures aimed at identifying and eliminating violations of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, normative legal acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Chairman of the Committee in the field of legal statistics and special accounting, including the application of legislation on the reception, registration and accounting of statements of crimes, as well as the work of departmental commissions to control the accounting and registration discipline of criminal prosecution bodies;

6) implementation of information and analytical activities in the field of legal statistics and special accounting;

7) provision of relevant public services;

8) provision of measures for the creation of a unified state legal information statistical system, the development of a complex of branches of legal statistics and special accounting, as well as the development of new information technologies;

9) statistical support of the implementation of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, program documents on combating crime at the regional level, ensuring the completeness and relevance of information from special accounts in automated data banks;

10) improving the comprehensive analysis and forecast of the state of law and order in the region, creating a system of comprehensive monitoring of legal phenomena in society;

11) providing measures to improve the system of publication and dissemination of legal statistics and information;

12) participation in the development of measures to improve the system of continuing professional education and training in the field of legal statistics and special accounting;

13) study of existing international experience in the field of legal statistics and special accounting;

14) ensuring the integrity, reliability and sufficiency of generated statistical data;

15) interaction with territorial divisions of state and law enforcement agencies;

16) provision of practical and methodological assistance to members of the Administration in the implementation of accounting, statistical, informational, analytical and Supervisory activities;

17) interaction with the media in the framework of Image program and Media plans of the Committee, the General Prosecutor of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in particular, to highlight its role for the protection and restoration of constitutional rights of citizens and subjects of small and average business, perfection of forms and methods of work, tracking and analysis of the information published in relation to the activities of the Committee;

18) implementation of activities to improve legislation in the sphere of legal statistics and special records and its systematization;

19) the organization and development of automated processing of accounting documentation, work on improvement of quality and reduction of terms of treatment;

20) the implementation of works on development, implementation and maintenance of automated information systems of the Committee;

21) of record-keeping, accounting and control inspections carried out by authorized state bodies exercising control and Supervisory functions;

22) other functions in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
