Department of Legal and Normative Coordination of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kazakhstan
General information
The Department of law of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan is a structural division of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The Legal Department consists of:
1) Department of legal support;
2) Department of contract and claim management.
Tasks:
1) ensuring the rule of law in the activities of the Ministry;
2) consolidation of the application of legislation by the Ministry;
3) promotion and clarification of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, organization of legal general education in the Ministry;
4) participation in drafting legal and regulatory legal acts, contracts, procedural documents, as well as other legal documents.
