Task: development of the budget policy of the Ministry for a three-year period in accordance with the budget legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the National Project and the Development Plan for a five-year period of the Ministry, monitoring the execution of budget programs within the framework of the implementation of the above documents, organization of the accounting and reporting system of the Ministry, participation in the implementation of state policy on state property management in the relevant industry, as well as planning the needs of the Ministry for goods, works and services, necessary for the provision of activities (logistics, organizational support), the implementation of activities in the field of public procurement for the purchase of goods, works and services necessary to ensure the functioning of the Ministry.
