Economics and Finance Department

1. Economics and Finance Department is the main structural subdivision of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. The Department is guided in its activities by the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, laws, acts of the President and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other regulatory legal acts, as well as this Regulation.

3. The structure and staffing of the Department are approved by the authorized official of the state body in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan within the limit of staffing. The general supervision of the Department's activities is carried out by the Head of the Ministry's Staff.

4. The Department consists of 3 offices:

1) Accounting and Consolidated Reporting Office;

2) Financing Office;

3) Budget Planning Office.
