Department of digital transformation and public services development

The Department of Digital Transformation and Development of Public Services (here in after – the Department) is a structural subdivision of the Ministry of Tourism and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan (here in after – the Ministry).

The Department is guided in its activities by the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President and the Government, and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Goal:
1) Organization and integrated management of the digital transformation of the Ministry;
2) Organization of work to improve the evaluation of the effectiveness of the Ministry in the field of "application of information technologies";
3) coordination of work on digitalization of the supervised areas of the Ministry;
4) coordination of work on the provision of public services;
5) ensuring timely and high-quality execution of the instructions of the Head of State, the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the leadership of the Ministry, plans for the relevant years on issues within the competence of the Department.
