The Department of the Agency for the Protection and Development of Competition of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the Zhambyl Region carries out, within its competence, management in the field of competition protection and restriction of monopolistic activities in the relevant commodity markets, as well as state control in the field of commodity exchanges.
The Department carries out its activities in accordance with the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President and Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other regulatory legal acts, as well as the Regulations of the Department.
