Akim machinery of Munayshi village

The state institution "Akim's office of the village of Munayshy" carries out its activities in accordance with the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other regulatory legal acts, as well as this Regulation. Within its competence, regulates land relations; ensures the preservation of the communal housing stock of the village, as well as the construction, reconstruction, repair and maintenance of highways; promotes the organization of peasant farms, the development of entrepreneurial activity; within the limits of its competence, organizes and ensures the implementation of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on issues of military service and military service, civil defense, emergency situations, as well as mobilization training and mobilization; organizes work on the preservation of historical and cultural heritage; organizes the performance of notarial acts, registration of acts of civil status, in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan; notes the unemployed in areas where there are no employment agencies, in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan; identifies low-income persons, submits proposals to higher authorities on providing employment, providing social assistance, organizes services for lonely elderly and disabled citizens at home; organizes public works, youth practice and social jobs; organizes, together with public associations of disabled people, cultural and educational events; coordinates the provision of charitable and social assistance to disabled people; coordinates the provision of charitable assistance to socially vulnerable groups of the population; promotes staffing of rural health organizations; promotes the development of local social infrastructure; organizes the movement of public transport; carries out household accounting, identifies the database of farm animals, organizes work on issuing certificates for the presence of livestock; ensures the activities of organizations of preschool education and training, cultural institutions, organizes, within its competence, water supply to settlements and regulates water use issues; organizes improvement works, lighting, landscaping and sanitary cleaning of the village.
