Contributes to the collection of taxes and other mandatory payments to the budget. Develops budget programs and submits them to the district akimat for approval by the district maslikhat. Regulates land relations within its competence. Provides maintenance and repair of the state housing stock of the rural district, construction, repair and maintenance of roads.
