Apparatus of the city of Aralsk

Organization and enforcement of Laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President and Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, resolutions of akimats, decisions and orders of regional and district akims, decisions of regional and district maslikhats and monitoring their implementation by enterprises, organizations, institutions and citizens located in the city;
Study and generalization of the practice of creating conditions for stabilizing and improving the economic situation of the city, improving the social climate, developing market relations, private entrepreneurship, implementation of national, regional and district programs;
Ensuring interaction with akimats and maslikhats of the district and region, Executive bodies financed from the local budget, public associations, parties, faiths, mass media and citizens;
Control over the execution of acts and instructions of the mayor of the city, development of recommendations for further improvement of the activities of the office of the mayor of Aralsk;
Relations between a legal entity and the authorized body for state property, a legal entity and the authorized body of the relevant industry, the administration of the legal entity and its labor collective are regulated in accordance with the current legislation;
Implementation of other tasks determined by the mayor of the city.
