The Veterinary Department the Almaty region and its subordinate institutions provide 4 types of public services, namely: 1. Issuance of a license to engage in activities for conducting veterinary and sanitary expertise of products and raw materials of animal origin; 2.Issue of a veterinary certificate; 3.Issue of a veterinary passport; 4. Updating (correcting) information about farm animals. The number of public services rendered for the 3rdquarter of 2026-total: 25 805 including: 1)Department of Veterinary Medicine of the Almaty region through electronic licensing of the Republic of Kazakhstan (http://elicense.kz) 5 license was issued for carrying out veterinary and sanitary examination of products and raw materials of animal origin 2)Subordinate institutions of the Department of Veterinary of the Almaty region issued12 818veterinary certificates,12 964veterinary passports and provided18state services for updating (correcting) information about farm animals.
