Nusipbayev Kanat Akylovich was born on August 10, 1968 in Karashoky village of Kerbulak district of Almaty region. In 1992 he graduated from the Kazakh red banner of Labor agricultural Institute, specialty fruit and grapes, in 2009 the Kazakh national agrarian University with a degree in Agroecology.
