Gulim Turgangazinovna Abseitova was born on October 21, 1979 in the village of Konur of Eskeldinsky district of Almaty region (formerly Kapalsky district of Taldy-Kurgan region). In 1995 she graduated from the secondary school of the village of Konur, in 2003 from the Taldykorgan Law College, in 2007 from the D. Kunaev University with a degree in Jurisprudence.
