The apparatus of the akim of the Umtyl rural district

1) Is an official of the corresponding district (city) akimat on the territory of the corresponding administrative-territorial unit and without a power of attorney acts on its behalf in relations with state bodies, organizations and citizens;

2) consider appeals, applications, complaints of citizens, take measures to protect the rights and freedoms of citizens;

3) contributes to the collection of taxes and other mandatory payments to the budget;

4) develops and submits budget programs to the higher akimat for approval by the corresponding maslikhat, the administrator of which is the akim's office.
