About the department
The Economical Investigate Department in Pavlodar region is a territorial department of the Financial Monitoring Agency of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, authorized to perform, within its competence, functions in the field of combating the legalization (laundering) of proceeds from crime and financing of terrorism, as well as the functions of preventing, identifying, suppression, disclosure and investigation of criminal and administrative offenses referred by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the jurisdiction of this department, and other functions in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
