Administrative Department of the Department of internal policy of Kostanay region

The main tasks of the Department are:

Objective: secure system control and monitoring of the implementation of acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, decrees of akimat, orders and commissions of akim and his deputies.

Functions:

1) control and monitoring of the implementation of acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, decrees of akimat, orders and commissions of akim and his deputies.

The task of the Department is to develop a budget application and budget programs with the amount of planned budget funds for the planning period.

Functions:

1) development of budget programs with performance and efficiency indicators that are within the competence of the Department;

2) monitoring and control of the implementation of Budget programs;

3) development of a budget application for the planning period to justify the volume of expenditures.

The Department's task is to plan and execute the budget, maintain accounting and reporting.

Functions:

1) accounting and reporting;

2) planning the Office's budget and making timely changes to funding plans;

3) timely execution of the financing plan;

4) budget monitoring of the implementation of budget programs.

The Department's task is to organize and conduct public procurement.

Functions:

1) development of the annual public procurement plan and its clarification;

2) conducting public procurement, summing up the results;

3) development and legal expertise of tender documents.

The task of the Department: legal regulation of compliance with the law in the activities of the Department.

Functions:

1) development of draft legal acts, instructions, regulations governing the activities of the Department;

2) conducting legal expertise of draft resolutions of the Kostanay region akimat, orders of the regional akim;

3) implementation of measures to strengthen legal, labor and contractual discipline.

The task of the Department is to strengthen the material and technical base of the Department.

Functions:

1) monitoring the need for material and technical equipment of structural divisions

2) acquisition of material and technical means within the framework of the financing plan;

3)control over the safety of assets, low-value and fast-wearing items and other material values in the places of their storage and operation;
