Administrative and Financial Department

1) Material, technical, financial and other support for the activities of the akim of the region;

2) Material, technical, transport and other support of protected persons of the Republic of Kazakhstan during their stay in the region;

3) Provides financing for the elections of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, deputies of the Senate and Majilis of the Republic of Kazakhstan, deputies to the Maslikhat region within the allocated funds from the republican budget, and also monitors its execution;

4) Provides financing for the elections of akims of rural districts, towns and villages of the region;

5) Coordinates the activities of institutions under the administration of the akim of the region in terms of financial and accounting reporting;

6) Participates in the development of draft resolutions of the akimat, decisions and orders of the akim of the region, organization of preparation of issues within the competence of the department for consideration at meetings of the regional akimat, regional assets.

7) Performs tax, accounting and statistical accounting;

8) Acts as the customer of reconstruction, capital and current repairs;

9) Submits proposals for the consideration of the Akimat and akim of the region on the issues of ensuring the activities of the Department.
