The state institution "Akim's Office of the Shugylbai rural district of the Kokpekty district of the Abai region" carries out its activities in accordance with the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President and Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other regulatory legal acts, as well as this Regulation on the akim's office.
