Implementation of the agrarian policy of the state in order to promote economic growth and achieve a qualitatively new level of branches of the agro-industrial complex of the region, assistance in saturating the food market of the region with affordable, safe and high-quality food products; creating conditions for the development of seed production and grain production, livestock breeding, phytosanitary security. The mission of the department is to ensure the effective development of land relations, efficient and rational use of land resources, monitoring and improving the quality of land, keeping records of the distribution of the land fund of the region, ensuring transparency in the provision of land plots, conducting land management.
