To get access to an external user of the IP " ASTANA-1 ", it is necessary to contact the State Revenue Department. The system is regulated only by the functions of filling in, storing declarations of an individual or a carrier. The procedures for registration and issuance of the declaration on DTS and PTS will be carried out by customs officers.
The procedure and instructions for filling out the "passenger customs declaration" and "customs declaration for a vehicle" were approved by decisions of the Customs Union Commission No. 124 of July 23, 2019 and No. 422 of October 14, 2010.
