In connection with the appeals of taxpayers, the State Revenue Committee decided to extend the deadline for reprogramming cash registers with the function of fixing and (or) transmitting data until December 31, 2022. This was reported in the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Earlier it was reported about the need to reprogram cash registers to the protocol version 2.0.2 by September 15, 2022.
All individual entrepreneurs and legal entities using cash registers with the function of fixing and (or) transmitting data must complete the reprogramming of all registered cash registers by December 31, 2022.
From January 1, 2023, other Protocols other than 2.0.2 will no longer be supported by Fiscal Data Operators.
