Biography
Sirotkin, Yulia Nikolaevna, Born on April 10, 1983 in Novoselovka village, Ruzaevsky district, Kokchetav region. From 1991 to 2000, she studied at Novoselovskaya secondary school. From September 2000 to July 2002, she studied at the Kokshetau cooperative College, majoring in Finance. In 2011, she received a higher education in Finance at the Kokshetau Institute of Economics and management.
On June 1, 2006, she joined the state institution "Apparatus of the Voznesensky rural district akim" as an accountant.from 2007 to may 2015, she worked as a chief specialist. In June 2015, she was appointed as the mayor of Voznesensky rural district and in this position to the present.
