    Biography

    In 2002, he graduated from the Akmola Institute of Management, specializing in Finance and Credit, and was awarded the qualification of Financier.

    He has been working in the Ministry of Finance since 2003 as Chief Specialist-Chief Treasurer of the Treasury Department in Astana. Prior to his appointment as Head of the State Revenue Department of the Treasury Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in January 2024, he worked as Chief Expert-Chief Treasurer of this structural unit of the Committee.
