    Biography

    Serik Toleutayevich Shortaev was born in 1973 in the village of Ozernoye in the Ualikhanov district of North Kazakhstan region. Higher education. In 2001, he graduated from Kostanay law Institute of the Ministry of internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
