Primbetova Кenzhegul Karbozovna, born in 1970, higher education. She graduated from the Kazakh national technical University named after K. Satpayev in 1997 with a degree in system engineering.

She started her career in 1997 as an inspector of the district office of the Shieli district of the Kyzylorda region.
From 1999 to 2001, she worked as a Secretary-referent of the Institute of international professions in Almaty.
