Biography
Higher education. Graduated from S. Seifullin Akmola Agrarian University, specialty «Economics and Management of Agroindustrial Complex». In November 2016, she was awarded the qualification of «State Auditor».
The total work experience in public service is over 29 years, including more than 23 years in the field of public audit and financial control.
She worked as a Chief Specialist in the Department of the Financial Control Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the North Kazakhstan region, then since 2007 she worked as a Chief Expert, Head of Department in the central office of the Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Healthcare, Agency for Statistics, Ministry of Transport and Communications, Agency for Communications and Information, Ministry of Investment and Development.
In April 2016, she was appointed to the position of the Head of Internal Audit Service of the Ministry of Civil Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan, subsequently reappointed to the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service and Anti-Corruption, and the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service.
