Altaev Samat Tursynbekovich was born on September 3 , 1978 in the village of Usiktas of the Baydibek district of Turkestan region
In 1985-1993 he graduated from Muratbayev Secondary School, in 1993-1995 he graduated from a vocational technical school.
In 2001 he graduated from the Kazakh State Institute of Theater and Cinema named after T. Zhurgenov with a degree in Cinema and Theatergoers.
