Biography
Tlegen Yergali Amangeldinovich was born on December 29, 1982 in the village of Karasu in the Sairam district of the South Kazakhstan region (now Turkestan region).
1999 he entered the Faculty of Economics of the South Kazakhstan Open University and at the same time underwent military training at the South Kazakhstan State University named after Mukhtar Auezov.
From 2005 to 2012, a leading specialist, chief specialist, deputy akim of the rural district of Karasu, Sairam district.
From 2012 to 2016, the chief specialist of the personnel department of the administration of the akim of the Sairam region, the chief specialist of the department for monitoring environmental management and the agro-industrial complex of the apparatus of the akim of the Turkestan region.
From 2012 to 2016, he was the chief specialist, chief inspector of the apparatus of the akim of the Turkestan region. Since 2016, Deputy Head of the Department of Land Relations of the South Kazakhstan Region (now Turkestan Region).
