Erkin Asanbekovich was born in 1963. Graduate of the Kazakh Institute of chemical Technology. Higher education. Specialty – mechanical engineer.
Started his career as a design technician, student at the Kazakh Institute of Chemical Technology, design technician, design engineer 3 degrees, chairman, vice-chairman, engineer, chief specialist of the department of industry and trade of the district administration, chief specialist of the department of territorial development and personnel work of the district akim apparatus, chief inspector of the district akim in the department of organizational and personnel work of the district akim apparatus, head of the organizational and personnel department of the district akim apparatus.
