A citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan was born on June 24, 1976 in the village of Ush-Karasu Semiozerny district of the Kostanay region.
In 1993 he graduated from high school Dievskaya farm of Semiozernoe district in the same year entered the Kostanay agricultural College of Zarechnyy. From 1994 to 1996, he served in the ranks of the PV of the Semipalatinsk region, then he served in the V / h 2456 of Alma-ATA.

From 1999 to 2000, he worked as an agronomist-seed grower of the team No. 3 of Razdolnoye LLP, Naurzum district. In 2010, he graduated from Kostanay engineering and pedagogical University named After M. Dulatov with a degree in Economics.
From 2001 to 2007, he was the head of the "Almaganbetov E. K" village of Ush-Karasu Auliekolsky district located on the territory of the Dievsky rural district. Since January 2008 he worked as leading specialist of se "the Department of agriculture of nauryzym area" later in 2010, he was transferred as a chief specialist - state grain inspector KOTI OIG in agriculture, where he worked until September 2011. Since September 2011, he worked as a chief specialist of the state institution "Territorial land inspection of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for land management in Kostanay region". Since September 2012, he has been working as the mayor of Razdolnoye village, Naurzum district. He is married and has a son and daughter.
Following the results of the elections on August 7, 2013, he was elected mayor.
