Biography
Born on 12/16/1979 in Karaganda.
Graduated from Almaty State University named after Abai with a degree in International Law.
In the system of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan since 2003, he began with the Chief Specialist of the "Department for the Maintenance of the Diplomatic Corps".
During the period of work in the Foreign Ministry, he worked in the State Protocol Service of the Representative Office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Almaty;
Consul of the Consulate General of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Istanbul;
Head of the Department of Consular Service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
Advisor-Consul of the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the UAE;
Head of the Passport and Visa Department of the Consular Service Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
He has the diplomatic rank of Adviser of the first class.
