Biography
I, Sapabekov Sundetbai Salimzhanovich, born on February 23, 1976, a native of Turgai village of Zhangeldinsky district of Kostanay region, Kazakh, a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In the period from 1976 to 1980, he lived in the village of Shubalan, Zhangeldinsky district, Kostanay region.
From 1980 to 1999 he lived in the village of Rechnoye, Zhangeldinsky district.
In 1999, they moved to the village of Pavlovka, Taranovsky district, Kostanay region.
In 1995, he entered the Arkalyk State Pedagogical Institute (in absentia).
In 2000, he graduated with a degree in "Teacher of the Kazakh language and literature".
In 2001, he moved to the village of Taranovskoye, Taranovsky district of Kostanay region.
He did not do military service.
He began his career in 1993 as a mechanic in Beskop LLP, Shubalan branch of Zhangeldinsky district, Kostanay region.
In 1995, he was hired as a teacher of physical education in the Shubalan National School, the village of Shubalan, Zhangeldinsky district.
On 11/19/1996, due to transfer to another school, he resigned.
On 11/20/1996, he was accepted as a teacher of physical education at the K.Naidosov Secondary School in the village of Rechnoye, Zhangeldinsky district, Kostanay region.
On 07/31/1999, he quit due to moving to another area.
In 1999, they moved to the village of Pavlovka, Taranovsky district.
On 08/25/1999, he was accepted as a teacher of the Kazakh language and literature at the Pavlovsky Secondary School.
On 01.09.2001, he was transferred and appointed director of the Taranov Kazakh secondary school.
On 07.10.2003, he was dismissed in connection with his election as secretary of the Taranovsky district maslikhat. On 07.10.2003, Article 19 of the Law "On Local Public Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan" was elected secretary of the Taranovsky district maslikhat.
On 08/27/2007, he was dismissed in accordance with Article 19, paragraph 1, in connection with the dismissal of the secretary of the maslikhat.
On 10/15/2007, he was appointed director of the Uvalninsk primary school, the village of Uvalnoye, Taranovsky district, Kostanay region.
On 08/20/2008, he was transferred acting director to the State Institution "Krasnoselskaya Secondary School" of the village of Krasnoselskoye, Taranovsky district.
On 13.02.2009, he was appointed director of the Krasnoselskaya Secondary School. On 07.08.2013, he was dismissed in accordance with art.60 of the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
On 08.08.2013, he was temporarily accepted as acting akim of the Kalininsky rural district, the village of Beregovoe, Taranovsky district.
On September 13, 2013, he assumed the post of akim of Kalininsky rural district of Taranovsky district, Kostanay region.
On 18.03.2016, he was relieved of his post as akim of the Kalininsky rural District in accordance with art.1 p1 ct61 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Civil Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan".
On 30.03.2016, in accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 19 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local Government and Local Governments of the Republic of Kazakhstan", he was elected secretary of the Taranovsky district maslikhat of the village of Taranovskoye, Taranovsky district, Kostanay region.
On 01/20/2023, he was dismissed from his post due to early termination of his powers.
Since 05/21/2024, he has been registered as the akim of the Kalininsky rural district.
In 1996, he was married to Kakimanova Samal Orazovna, a native of Shubagan village, Zhangeldinsky district, Kostanay region. In 2005, he was divorced from the divorce certificate No. 6025831 dated 11/19/2005. I have two sons. Salimzhan Yerkebulan Sundetbayuly, born on 08/31/1997 and Salimzhanov Bekzat Sundetbaevich, born on 03/17/2003.
In 2006, Kurmangalieva Asem Sagymbaevna, a native of Aktobe village, Taranovsky district, Kostanay region, Kazakh, a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan, married. Marriage certificate No. 3 dated 02/11/2006 No. 0195144 issued by the Registry Office of the Departments of Justice of the Taranovsky district. There are no children. Among my close relatives, in connection with the marriage, the surnames were changed by Sapabekova's sister Togzhan Salimzhanovna, to Zhanalieva Togzhan Salimzhanovna, Sapabekova's sister Akmaral Salimzhanovna, to Ospanova Akmaral Salimzhanovna, as well as Sapabekova's sister Akzada Salimzhanovna, to Nurseytova Akzada Salimzhankyzy. None of the relatives live outside the Republic of Kazakhstan. I and my close relatives have no criminal records. Since 05/21/2024, he has been elected akim of the Kalininsky rural district.
