Higher education, from 2003 to 2009 he studied at the M. Dulatov Kostanay University of Engineering and Economics and received a degree in agricultural products expert engineer. From 2009 to 2012, he studied at the Rudnensky Industrial Institute at the Faculty of Economics. Upon graduation, he received a Bachelor's degree in Economics.

He started his career:
From 2010 to 2014, he worked as a chief specialist in the State Institution "Department of Housing and Communal Services, Passenger Transport and Highways of the Akimat of the Taranovsky district".
From July 2014 to May 2016, he worked as the akim of the Taranovsky rural district of the Taranovsky district.
From 2017 to 2018, he worked as the head of the Department of Housing and Communal Services, Passenger Transport and Highways of the Akimat of the Taranovsky district.
Since July 2018, I have been working in the Tobol State Enterprise at the Office of the Akimat of the Beimbet Mailin district as an energy engineer, and since June 2021 as the chief engineer of the enterprise.
