Pirali Shyngys Abaevich

Pirali Shyngys Abaevich was born on June 3, 1990 in the Tolebi district of the 
 South Kazakhstan region. Kazakh by nationality. 2012 graduated from the
 Eurasian National University. LN Gumilyov with a degree in construction
 and received a bachelor's degree in construction. He began his career in 2012
 as a chief specialist of the department for the construction of social facilities
 of the construction department of the South Kazakhstan (Turkestan) region. 
From 2015 to 2016, he worked as a leading specialist in the department of 
housing construction and engineering communications of the construction
 department of the region, from 2016 to 2020, chief specialist in the department
 of construction of social facilities of the construction department of the South 
Kazakhstan (Turkestan) region. From August 17, 2020, he was appointed head 
of the department for the construction of social facilities of the construction
 management of the Turkestan region.
