Born on June 20, 1972 in Almaty

Graduated from Beijing Language University (1995), Al-Farabi Kazakh National University (1996), Nazarbayev University (2012).

1996-1997 - Referent of the Asian Countries Division of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

1997-1999 - Attache, Third Secretary of the Passport and Visa Service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Urumqi (PRC);

1999-2004 - Second Secretary, First Secretary of the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the People's Republic of China;

2004-2005 - Chief of Branch, Head of Division of the Department of Asia and Africa of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2005-2007 - Counsellor of the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the People's Republic of China – Permanent Representative of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Secretariat of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization;

2007-2008 – Minister Counsellor of the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the People's Republic of China;

2008-2015 - Ambassador–at-large of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan - National Coordinator of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the activities of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization;

2009-2010 - Special envoy of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan on cooperation with the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan;

2015-2019 - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the People's Republic of China;

2015-2019 - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Democratic People's Republic of Korea concurrently;

2019-2022 - First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

By the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, dated April 8, 2022, was again appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the People's Republic of China.
