She was born in 1983 in the East Kazakhstan region (now the Abai region). She graduated from the Semipalatinsk State Medical Academy.
She is married and has 2 children.

She started her career as an intern in 2006.
In 2007-2009, she worked as a neurologist at KGKP No. 4 in Semey.
In 2009-2017, she worked as a chief specialist, head of the Department of Medical and Social Expertise No. 5 of the Department of the Committee of Labor and Social Protection of East Kazakhstan Region.
From 2017 to 2025, she held the position of Head of the Department of Methodology and Control of Medical and Social Expertise of the Department of the Committee for Regulation and Control in the Field of Social Protection of the Population in East Kazakhstan region.
He is the Ethics Commissioner of the Department of the Committee for Regulation and Control in the Field of Social Protection of the Population in East Kazakhstan region.
On October 1, 2025, she was appointed Deputy Head of the Department of the Committee for Regulation and Control in the Field of Social Protection of the Population in East Kazakhstan region.
From October 2, 2025 to the present, she has been Acting Head of the Department of the Committee for Regulation and Control in the Field of Social Protection of the Population in East Kazakhstan Region.
