Nurmakhan Abylkasymovich Adilbekov was born on February 19, 1973, in the South Kazakhstan Region.
He began his career in 1994 at the Pobeda cotton farm in the Shymkent Region.
From 1995 to 2010, he held various positions in the State Property and Privatization Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2014 to 2020, he held various positions at the Information and Accounting Center JSC in Astana.
From 2020 to 2022, he served as Head of the Department for the Sale of Republican Property and Post-Privatization Control of the State Property and Privatization Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2022 to 2024, head of the Department of State Property and Privatization of the city of Shymkent of the Committee of State Property and Privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2001 – awarded the anniversary medal “Kazakhstan tauelsizdigine 10 years”.
2016 - awarded the anniversary medal “Kazakhstan Republicsynyn tauelsizdigine 25 years”.
2020 – awarded the badge “Karzhy Kyzmetinin Uzdigi”
2021 awarded the badge “Kazakhstan Republic of Karzhy Minister of the League 100 years”.
2021 – awarded the anniversary medal “Kazakhstan Republic of Karzhy Minister of League Memlekettik mulik zhane keshelendiru komiteinin kurylgany 30 zhyl.”
2023 – awarded the Order of “Kurmet” of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
