Aliev Batyrbek Toleubekovich

In 1997 he graduated from the Karaganda State Medical Academy with a degree in medical and preventive medicine.

In 2005 - graduated from the Engineering and Technical Institute of Ekibastuz named after Ak.Satpayev with a degree in engineering.

In 2009 - graduated from the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. He has fully mastered the professional curriculum of postgraduate education "State and Local Government", was awarded the academic degree of Master of State and Local Government.

In 1997, he began his career in the Ekibastuz city sanitary station as a sanitary doctor.

From 05.04.2002, he was hired as a lifeguard in the GKP "Rescue Service under the Akim of Ekibastuz".

Since 29.08.2002 - transferred to the commander of the rescue squad.

Since 17.08.2004 having successfully passed the competitive selection, he was accepted for the position of chief specialist of the State Sanitary and Epidemiological Supervision Department of Akim of Ekibastuz

Since 08.10.2004 - appointed to the position of head of the Department of supervision of municipal facilities, water supply facilities and environmental protection.

Since November 06, 2010 - appointed Deputy Head of the State Sanitary and Epidemiological Supervision Department in Ekibastuz.

From October 22, 2018 to June 03, 2020 - Deputy Head of the Department of Quality Control and Safety of Goods and Services of the Pavlodar region of the Committee for Quality Control and Safety of Goods and Services of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From June 04, 2020 to the present - Head of the Department of Quality Control and Safety of Goods and Services of the Pavlodar region of the Committee for Quality Control and Safety of Goods and Services of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

On June 05, 2020, he was appointed Chief State Sanitary Doctor of Pavlodar region
