From 1996 to 2003-sanitary doctor of the Department of State Sanitary and epidemiological supervision of Zhambyl region;
From 2003 to 2006, he was appointed director of the Center for sanitary and epidemiological expertise of Zhambyl region;
From July 10 to July 27, 2006-head of the Department of State Sanitary and epidemiological supervision of the akimat of Zhambyl region, Department of intra-hospital infections, preventive and focal disinfection;
