Biography
Born on August 2, 1981 in the Karaganda region.
In 2002 graduated from the Zhezkazgan University named after UA, Baikonurov with a degree in Fundamentals of Economics and Law.
In 2004 graduated from Karaganda State University named after E.A. Buketov with a degree in Jurisprudence.
In 2002 worked as the chief specialist of the Department for the Regulation of Natural Monopolies in the Karaganda region.
In 2004 worked as a state inspector of the Department of the Committee for Technical Regulation and Metrology in Astana.
In 2015, the Department of State Control, Provision of Public Services, Strategic Planning. Committee Ethics Commissioner.
From 2022 to the present, heads the Office of Metrology and Standardization.
